IS THERE A CONTRACT I HAVE TO SIGN?
There are three documents that require your signature.  

(1)  Listing Agreement  - Authorization us to list your property on Louisiana MLS.
(2)  Louisiana Seller Disclosure Statement and required Lead Base Paint Disclosure Form  
(3)  Flat Fee Agreement - Acknowledging your understanding that we are only responsible for listing and that full service brokerage marketing and consulting services are not included.
